Policies and Terms & Conditions
1. CANCELLATION POLICY
Should any client wish to cancel a booking Dorset-Airport-Cars require written (email is acceptable) instruction at least 7 days prior to travel.
2. REFUND POLICY
Refunds are available to any client of Dorset-Airport-Cars who cancel a booking in writting (email is acceptable) at least 7 days prior to travel.
All refunds will incur a 5% deduction to cover admin and a further 4% if the booking was paid by debit or credit card.
Any cancellations within 7 days of travel will not be eligable for a refund.
Dorset-Airport-Cars will not pass the private details or bank details of any client to any third party unless he or she is involved in the clients transfer.
Private financial details such as credit or debit card numbers will be kept on file but will not be passed on to any third party.
In the event of the sale of the company, your details (not financial) may be passed to the new owner as part of an ongoing customer bank.
4. CARD PAYMENTS
Any payment by credit or debit card will be subject to a 3% surcharge.
5. PICK UPS / COLLECTIONS
When collecting clients from a home or office address, or any address that is not an airport, Dorset-Airport-Cars will endevour to arrive at that address at least 5 minutes prior to the pre arranged pick up time.
When meeting clients at an airport Dorset-Airport-Cars will (unless otherwise agreed) have a driver at the airport no later than 30 minutes after the scheduled arrival time of the clients flight.
If the clients flight is delayed Dorset-Airport-Cars will (unless otherwise agreed) have a driver at the airport no later than 30 minutes after the actual arrival time, as listed on the airports web site. Waiting time will be charged at £20 per hour.
If the clients flight is early Dorset-Airport-Cars can only time collections based on the origional scheduled arrival time. In this instance we would ask the client to be patient and wait for the driver.
